Controlling Specialist

You help shape the logistics of tomorrow - at the interface of operations and controlling. Together with a nationwide network in Switzerland, you connect figures, processes, and innovations in a dynamic area that comprises around 20'000 employees at over 500 locations. With you, we drive the further development of controlling and unlock new success potentials in logistics.   What you can achieve  • You are responsible for the entire range of controlling services and are involved in the development of new tools, dashboards, and databases. • You are responsible for ensuring that process requirements are implemented into systems and are available in applications. • You are integrated into a nationwide controlling team in Switzerland and support logistics as required. • In addition to classic planning, reporting, and individual closing activities, you analyze business performance and derive suggested solutions and measures from it. • Answering targeted, finance-specific questions is also part of your field of activity. • Participation in versatile, interdisciplinary logistics projects rounds off your field of action. • At the interface between logistics and finance, you are at the pulse of events and actively shape systems and processes - locally, regionally, and nationwide in Switzerland.   What you bring with you  • You have a higher business administration education or university/university of applied sciences and sound experience in the field of controlling. • Very good MS Office skills, experience with SAP products, and IT affinity characterize you. • Ideally, you bring experience in the construction and use of digital management systems. • You are communicative, resilient, and a solution-oriented team player. • Your conceptual flair, result-oriented working, and high level of initiative as well as assertiveness facilitate the execution of your activities. In doing so, you convince through understandable and audience-appropriate communication and use your scope of action with commitment and ingenuity. • Critical analysis, targeted development, networked thinking, and acting are among your strengths. Conveying solutions convincingly, simply, and comprehensibly is no trouble for you. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have good knowledge of French. Any further national language is an advantage.
