The HR team of the Polizei Basel-Landschaft looks forward to a motivated personality who will support us on a fixed-term basis until September 2027

Your responsibility:

• Support of HR consulting in administrative activities such as minute-taking, correspondence, as well as general HR administration
• Independent organization and administrative accompaniment of the recruitment process in close cooperation with HR consulting (appointment coordination, preparatory tasks)
• Independent creation and quality assurance of job references
• Administrative processing of the onboarding process, including contract preparation, initiation of personal security checks as well as other onboarding formalities
• Collaboration in the continuous optimization of administrative HR processes and workflows

Your background:

• Completed commercial vocational training and further training as an HR-Sachbearbeiterin / HR-Sachbearbeiter or comparable training in Human Resources
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration as well as enjoyment of the independent management of administrative HR processes
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office systems as well as SAP
• Structured, exact and independent way of working as well as strong organizational skills
• Strong team orientation, enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation and the ability to support the HR consulting as a reliable sparring partner
