A pension service manager at 100% La Chambre vaudoise du commerce et de l'industrie (CVCI) brings together nearly 3’200 companies, representing one third of private jobs in the Canton. An association under private law, it derives its resources from membership fees, the sale of services, and various mandates. CVCI is notably active in social funds, legal services, export certification, economic trends, innovation, vocational training, networking, as well as support for companies, from SMEs to multinationals, of which it is a partner. With a view to ensuring the development and sustainability of services to member companies, CVCI is looking for its social funds: A pension service manager at 100% Mission of the function To provide the entrusted benefits (regarding AVS/AI pensions, AI daily allowances, and splitting) while respecting the legal framework they imply in order to satisfy clients and insured persons. Description of tasks Manage the management of files (AVS/AI pensions, AI IJ, and forecast calculations); Contribute to the analysis of cases of non-earning persons with a view to affiliation during the processing of AVS/AI/forecast calculation files; Ensure the follow-up of the splitting procedure (sharing of income in the event of divorce); Ensure the payment of periodic and monthly pension benefits; treat the schedule before and after payment of pensions; manage returned benefits; manage extra-accounting tasks, the monthly closing of benefit movements; Ensure the follow-up of the procedure for European pension requests within the framework of bilateral agreements for transmission to the Caisse suisse de compensation in Geneva; Ensure the payment of IJ/AI benefits; Ensure the quality of information provided to insured persons and members; Contribute to a versatile organization by providing your support to the APG sector; Participate in the training of new employees in the pension service. Profile required for the position CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent; 3 years of experience in social insurance, particularly in the field of the 1st pillar (AVS); Strong interest in social insurance; Ability to work in a team as well as independently; Ability to manage several files in parallel and multitasking aptitude; Mastery of common office tools; Knowledge of German, an asset; Knowledge of the WebAVS program would be an asset; Comfort with numbers.
