Due to the reorientation of the previous incumbent, we are looking for a Leading Public Prosecutor from January 1, 2027 or by agreement. You will lead the Uznach Investigation Office in personnel, technical and organizational terms. You will conduct selected criminal investigations and represent charges in court. You will promote the development of the Uznach Investigation Office and the further development of the public prosecutor's office as a whole organization. You are part of the Public Prosecutor's Conference, which ensures the implementation of uniform criminal prosecution in the overall organization. University degree in law, long-standing professional experience as a public prosecutor. Long-standing leadership experience, preferably in a public prosecutor's office. In-depth leadership training (e.g. leadership/organizational development or similar). Interest in the development of the public prosecutor's office towards a overall organization. An advantage are scientific and/or didactic experiences in the field of criminal and/or criminal procedure law. You are an empathetic personality with pronounced communication skills, who finds it easy to work in a connecting way and maintain a trusting cooperation. You work legally flawless, prioritize solution-oriented, fulfill your task in a role-true manner, are decision-friendly and think in a networked way. Responsible leadership task with design scope.
