To complement our team at the BAZ Basel center, we are looking for a cook 50% immediately or by agreement. Your responsibilities ## • Independently perform the cooking tasks that arise while following the prescribed work processes • Responsible for the proper preparation of meals • Ensure practical instruction of asylum seekers and the use of work utensils • Convey and check work-related norms and values and the correct work equipment • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP specifications • Check incoming goods and ensure proper food storage Your profile ## • Secondary level II: Federal certificate of competence (EFZ) • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience • HACCP theory and practical implementation • Knowledge of proper handling of food and kitchen equipment • Completed first aid course • Basic and user knowledge of MS-Office applications • Impeccable reputation (no entry in the debt collection and criminal records) • German | spoken: B2 | written: B2 • French | spoken: B1 | written: B1 • English | spoken: B1 | written: B1 For the area of responsibility entrusted to you, you will work proactively and comprehensively.
