Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Gerontopsychiatrie (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Individual care and nursing of elderly, mentally ill, and demented residents
• Taking over key worker duties and cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists, authorities, and psychiatric institutions
• Professional and organizational daily responsibility in the early or late shift
• Accompanying and supporting students and trainees
• Collaboration in ensuring and further developing nursing quality
• Promotion of good interdisciplinary cooperation and support of smooth shift operations

Your profile:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann DN II, HF or FH
• Interest in the field of gerontopsychiatry and in the care of elderly people
• Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and strong empathy
• Appreciative interaction with mentally ill and demented people
• Knowledge of RAI and EasyDok is an advantage
• Quality- and cost-conscious working
• Flexibility as well as openness towards modern nursing concepts
