Your main tasks • You are responsible for the HR department for several locations of the Kuratle Group (including Basel, Bern, Niederbipp and Western Switzerland) – in German and French • You accompany the entire Employee Lifecycle – from personnel planning to recruitment and development to exit • You coach and advise managers and employees on all personnel-related topics – practical and solution-oriented • You implement our HR strategy in your area and develop it further together with us • You drive the further development of processes, tools and HR instruments • You work actively on HR projects and accompany change processes in the business Your profile • Commercial training with further education as an HR specialist • Several years of experience as an HR generalist: in / HR business partner • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance • Very good German and negotiation-secure French • Strength in consulting, communication and dealing with different stakeholder groups • You combine assertiveness with empathy and tact • You work in a structured way, think in a solution-oriented way and take on responsibility gladly We look forward to your application.
