We are now looking for a dedicated Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Customer Care department. In this role, you will support our customers in successfully structuring processes, mapping them in the software, and implementing them. From the first project meeting to user training and through to go-live – all processes converge with you! Tasks As the first point of contact, you accompany our customers from project planning, through implementation to final project acceptance, proactively manage customer expectations, and identify potential and key areas for solutions You analyze the current situation and existing processes in the company to identify optimization potential and implement it in a targeted manner Overall project management as well as the interface between our customers and internal specialist departments (such as Support, Sales, etc.) Conducting training and workshops for key users You maintain a trusting and long-term relationship with our customers, actively collect feedback, and develop improvement suggestions together with them to continuously further develop the software Qualifications A commercial basic education as well as further training with a degree in business administration or similar. You have extensive experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration as well as knowledge of social security (AHV, IV, EO) and labor law You understand personnel processes and have experience in dealing with payroll accounting software Analytical and strategic thinking skills, consulting competence, as well as strong communication and decision-making skills Fluent German skills and good English skills as well as a moderate willingness to travel to our customers round off your profile Benefits Pure flexibility: Up to 100 % mobile working within Switzerland Workation included: Do you want even more flexibility?
