Events Intern - Project Management

As part of the development of the Events & Sponsoring department, we are looking for a project management-oriented intern to support the organization of our strategic events, with a real prospect of long-term integration for high-performing profiles. Job description Your mission Active participation in the organization and monitoring of the group's events (medical conferences, corporate events, workshops and seminars) Coordination with the different internal departments and clinics of the group Operational monitoring of projects (planning, list monitoring, provider coordination, logistics) Preparation of organizational documents Participation in the logistical setup and on-site presence during events Administrative support related to projects We offer An immersion in the organization of strategic events on a group scale Concrete experience in event project management A dynamic and demanding environment An opportunity for long-term integration for high-performing profiles Practical information Locations | Echandens and Clinique de Genolier (regular presence at both sites required) Duration | 12 months Start | from September 2026 Qualifications Your profile Training in a business, hotel, event management school or equivalent Strong capacity for execution and sense of priorities Good organization and rigor in task monitoring Ability to work autonomously on operational missions Interest in project management and a dynamic environment Commercial spirit and sense of service Good stress resistance Mastery of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Very good command of English (medical seminars in English) Good level of German is an asset Interest in medium-term evolution in the event field This position is intended for a profile capable of evolving in a demanding environment, with a sustained pace and high expectations in terms of reactivity and reliability.
