We are looking for immediate effect or by arrangement: Recruitment Consultant (Career changers very welcome!) Your tasks: • You are responsible for filling open vacancies for our clients • Active candidate search on various channels and review of incoming applications • New customer acquisition through various channels such as telephone, e-mail, and personal customer visits • Care and expansion of existing customer and candidate relationships • Conducting job interviews and salary negotiations as well as handling the associated administrative activities • Ensuring an optimal match between candidates and clients • General administrative and organizational tasks Your profile: • Open approach to new contacts, no fear of contact • Willingness to learn new things and implement them quickly • High self-motivation and personal responsibility • A basic commercial education is an advantage; career changers, for example as a trained craftsman or similar, are very welcome • Very good knowledge of MS Office • Strong service orientation and organizational talent • Excellent communication skills in German; knowledge of English and French is a plus • You have a good network of potential customers and employees • Affinity and understanding for digitalization, social media, and technologies • Possession of a category B driver's license is desirable Your perspectives: • Versatile and demanding activity with a high degree of personal responsibility • Centrally located workplace in Basel • Collaboration with a dynamic and young team • Individual induction phase • Internal training as well as support for external further education measures Interested?
