YOUR TASKS

• You accompany our residents, always with a view to their individual care needs and quality of life
• You take responsibility during the night shift and maintain an overview of the department
• With your commitment, you guarantee quality, safety and efficiency during the night shift
• You ensure a smooth process and advocate for the continuous improvement of processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional (FaGe EFZ)
• Experience and deep interest in the field of dementia
• You are a cheerful, empathetic personality with a team-oriented way of working
• Interest in the optimization of care processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
