What awaits you

• Functional and personnel leadership as well as active development of the Health Consulting and Case Management Lausanne team with approx. 6 employees
• Ensuring smooth operations in daily business, collaborating if necessary, supporting with technically complex tasks and organization across all 5 Switzerland-wide health consulting teams (French, German and Italian)
• Checking compliance with defined quality standards, existing processes and ensuring efficient and professional implementation
• Active further development of the services under the existing framework conditions as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote the services

What you bring

• Several years of leadership experience as well as the ability to lead a team functionally and personally effectively and appreciatively
• Completed basic medical training (physiotherapist, nutrition consultant, nursing professional, MPA or similar) as well as a function-relevant further education
• High personal responsibility, independence as well as a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• Strong communication skills, positive mindset and team spirit as well as enthusiasm for the services and the motivation to promote them
• Proficient French and German in spoken and written form mandatory, English, Italian an advantage
