Your tasks with us: • Preparation work (Mise-en-place) for cold and hot dishes • Preparation of dishes according to given recipes • Daily cleaning and hygiene tasks according to HACCP • Compliance with all regulations on food safety and occupational safety What you bring: • You work independently, but are also a real team player • You are resilient, service-oriented and enjoy dealing with people • Several years of experience in the kitchen is a plus • You work cleanly, efficiently and like to introduce new ideas • Shift work, as well as weekends and holidays, are no problem for you • You speak good German – other languages are welcome!
