Technical Project Manager ETCS

You will manage demanding ETCS projects in an international environment and lead the technical engineering activities of a vehicle project.

Tasks

• Timely processing, planning, and management of demanding ETCS projects in an international environment
• Implementation of the customer specification and development of modernization solutions
• Leading a project team
• Planning and leading internal engineering activities
• Creation of high-quality engineering documentation
• Leading the certification and acceptance activities for timely vehicle certification
• Development of innovative modernization offers for customers

Profile

• Completed studies as a mechanical or electrical engineer or equivalent training
• Many years of experience in managing demanding projects in an international environment
• Many years of experience in the railway industry or in plant engineering
• Ability to work in a team with high social competence and assertiveness
• Business administration further training is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel of 20 to 30 percent
