Logistics Specialist for the establishment of the L+S site in Oberbuchsiten

Help build logistics from the very beginning! For our new site in Oberbuchsiten, we are looking for logistics specialists who independently understand processes in a food business, execute them reliably, and take on responsibility. This is how you actively help shape structures, standards, and processes from the start. What you drive * You pick and palletize finished products according to the order and ensure timely availability. * You prepare forwarding orders, process them cleanly, and ensure correct documentation. * You organize containers and packaging material and ensure timely availability in daily operations. * You process returns, book them into the blocked warehouse, and coordinate further steps with quality assurance. * You handle the collection and handover of goods and materials with drivers and ensure a smooth process. * You consistently adhere to hygiene, quality, and biosecurity specifications and actively participate in the ongoing improvement of logistical processes at the new site. * You operate industrial trucks such as sit-on and pedestrian pallet trucks safely in daily use. What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: You have completed vocational training in the logistics or warehouse sector or have several years of practical experience in this environment. * Professional experience: You have experience in a warehouse, picking, or production logistics environment, ideally in the food industry. You understand logistical processes and their connections, from goods receipt through picking and packaging to transport and returns. * You have good to very good German skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2. * You implement work instructions and process specifications independently, correctly, and reliably. * You possess a valid forklift license for sit-on and/or pedestrian pallet trucks or are willing to acquire it on short notice. * You work reliably, carefully, and responsibly and impress through teamwork and flexibility. * You are willing to work in two-shift operation (early and late shift) as well as in the cold room at 4 degrees and at normal room temperature. * German (B1) What we offer you * Introduction: An induction program that helps you get to know the company * Klubschule Migros: Reimbursement of 70% of course costs, up to a maximum of CHF 1'000.- per calendar year * Cumulus points: Concert & festival ticket with at least 20% discount.
