Tasks: Support in the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties Collaboration in rental management, including support in tenant selection and contract conclusion Accompaniment of maintenance and repair work Participation in property inspections and apartment handovers Communication with owners, tenants and service providers Support in documentation and reporting Forwarding of working hours to accounting Processing of invoices Processing of court cases Processing of reminders and open debtors Requirements: Initiative and willingness to actively contribute to daily tasks Good communication skills and team spirit Flexibility and openness to new challenges High stress tolerance Category B driver's license an advantage
