• Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in insurance, preferably in the health insurance sector
• Convincing appearance, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a high orientation towards customers and service
• High degree of independence and flexibility, regional anchoring
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
