Plant Operator Production (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a technically competent and reliable personality as a plant operator in production. In this position, you are responsible for the supervision and control of production plants and ensure an efficient and smooth production process.

Tasks

• Independent operation and monitoring of production plants
• Setting up and converting machines depending on the production order
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with production specifications
• Troubleshooting and simple maintenance of the plants
• Participation in process optimizations and efficiency increases
• Documentation of production data and reporting to superiors

Profile

• Completed training in production, as a polymechanic or comparable
• Professional experience in production, ideally with plant operation
• Technical understanding and experience in handling production machines
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Good German language skills
