For our Sierre site, within the Pre-packaging department, we are looking for a   Pre-packaging Production Team Supervisor   WHAT YOU WILL DO: #### • Supervise the production team in pre-packaging by ensuring punctuality, compliance with rules, and performance  • Organize and coordinate production activities (quality, deadlines, costs) • Distribute tasks according to the given priorities and schedule • Lead team operational reviews and ensure the monitoring of indicators • Manage production contingencies and support teams on the ground • Identify and report malfunctions to the team leader and actively contribute to continuous improvement processes (5S, TPM, problem solving) • Act as a link with support functions (maintenance, quality, logistics) • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and agri-food quality standards • Organize and/or ensure the replacement of operators if needed • Ensure the supervision of training and the qualification of operators WHAT YOU BRING: #### • Ideally CFC as an automated machine operator, milk technologist, or other certifying training related to the agri-food industry or confirmed experience of several years as a production operator or setting operator • Oral and written mastery of French (minimum B2) • Ability to use common and company-specific IT tools • Natural leadership with good communication skills and exemplary field behavior • Sense of organization and priorities with a good team spirit and a solution orientation • Ability to quickly analyze malfunctions and make decisions accordingly to manage unforeseen events WHAT WE OFFER YOU: #### • An evolving environment and a pleasant working framework • Possibility of internal training and development • Various discounts at more than 150 partners via the Swibeco platform • Advantageous social benefits (supplementary health and accident insurance, supplement to family allowances) 4 REASONS TO JOIN CREMO: #### • You will actively participate in the transformation of Cremo  • You will contribute to projects at the heart of a historic Swiss agri-food company • You will have a direct impact on the company's performance to reach our ambitious objectives  • You will commit to a sustainable and responsible activity We look forward to receiving your application!
