Together with our trading partners, we strive to deliver first-class cup quality, consistency, and beverage variety and to ensure an outstanding customer experience through constant innovation.   For our production line A400/A600 we are looking for a competent, committed, and responsible leadership personality with technical know-how.    Your tasks ## • Functional and personnel leadership of the responsible assembly and testing area  • Operational implementation of the medium and long-term company goals in the responsible assembly area  • Ensuring assembly in compliance with deadlines, quantities, and quality in close cooperation with development, quality management, AVOR and logistics  • Support of the AVOR, logistics and purchasing departments on topics related to missing parts in close coordination with the Head of Assembly.  • Reporting of key figures and application of the CIC board  Your profile ## • Several years of professional and leadership experience in the industrial sector  • Technical basic training and additional further education  • Experience in the application of efficient production and logistics processes (KVP, Lean Management)  • Experience in occupational safety, Lean Management, KPI control (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Employees) and conflict management  • Strong teamwork skills with high social competence  • Systematic and analytical way of thinking and acting  • Very good German skills, English skills an advantage  • Profound application knowledge of the MS Office suite, good SAP knowledge What we offer ## • 40-hour week • Good accessibility from the station and highway • At least 5 weeks holiday • Member of Swissmem / GAV • Staff restaurant   • Free coffee drinks from espresso to latte macchiato A world full of possibilities - for our employees and perhaps also for you? ## Alpin Altintarla, HR Manager, looks forward to the first contact with you.
