Job Description
Would you like to participate in complex new construction and renovation projects and take on responsible tasks? Are your strengths in the coordination, leadership, and motivation of various project participants? Overall management/project management of medium-sized projects - from planning through execution to commissioning
Leading and controlling all planners, contractors, and authorities involved in the project in cooperation with the architects
First point of contact for the client as well as leading planning and client meetings
Tendering, execution schedule planning, construction site logistics as well as cost planning and cost tracking
Controlling cost, schedule, and quality specifications
Application of the LCM (Lean Construction Management) methodology in construction projects
Leading employees in the project as well as their further development
Acquisition of new projects and independent network development
Qualifications
Completed basic training in the construction sector: structural draughtsman, architecture, or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification; such as MAS in Construction Management, federal diploma as a construction manager or structural technician with corresponding professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction or project management of medium-sized structural engineering projects, experience in the construction industry as well as in large-scale projects an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, advantageously: good English and/or French skills
Initial experience in leading project teams
Independent and responsible way of working, assertiveness and ability to motivate
