Specialist Vocational Integration Bellikon Location At the Kompetenzzentrum berufliche Eingliederung Bellikon, you support and accompany persons who have had an accident and/or become ill on their way back into the labor market. In doing so, you design individual measures, carry out targeted assessments and develop professional perspectives together with the clients. As a bridge builder, you work in an interdisciplinary team with specialists from counseling, coaching, therapy, medicine and social insurance. Tasks Designing measures: You plan, accompany and evaluate individually tailored therapy processes and measures in the context of vocational integration Taking responsibility: You have case responsibility for clients after an accident or illness Recognizing strengths: You accompany your clients during practical, theoretical and ergonomic assessments. This with a holistic view of individual resources, abilities, skills and development potentials Working in networks: You cooperate closely with the interdisciplinary team and internal specialists (e.g. vocational and career counseling, job coaching, occupational therapy, medicine) as well as with external partners such as social insurance, medical specialist centers and other relevant actors Planning the future: Together with the clients and involved agencies (e.g. Suva, IV, employers) you develop realistic and viable integration plans You recognize opportunities and build bridges: With a good sense for today's labor market, you accompany your clients Communicating clearly: You write differentiated reports, recommendations and documentation in precise German language Thinking along and helping to shape: You contribute to projects and participate in the further development of our offers Profile Professionally sound: You have training in occupational therapy, psychology, a medical-therapeutic field, in work agogics or in a comparable specialist field Experienced in vocational integration: You bring sound experience in vocational integration. Ideally in the context with social insurance (IV, Suva) Versatile competence: You have experience in accompanying people with physical and/or psychological problems and feel secure even in demanding, complex situations Team player with attitude: You enjoy working in a team, encounter people of different origins with openness and appreciation and always act in a solution-oriented manner Independent and responsible: You take responsibility, work in a structured manner and advance your tasks with initiative Digitally fit and linguistically proficient: You master MS Office confidently and express yourself with stylistic confidence in written and spoken German.
