Rental Consultant (temporary until ) Your tasks You proactively advise interested parties regarding suitable rental offers You process the digital re-letting process and are in direct contact with prospective tenants and landlords You conduct viewings of the rental properties with interested parties You create and manage object, property photos and 360° video tours of properties You select suitable prospective tenants in cooperation with property management You create rental agreements and support the creation of mandate offers as well as the development of marketing measures You organize and conduct rental events (incl. reporting) You support the vacancy of properties due to renovation or demolition Your profile You have completed training as EFZ Fachfrau:mann Kundendialog or EFZ Kauffrau:mann You have professional experience in direct customer consulting You are digitally savvy and advantageously have knowledge in Sales Force You possess a driving license Cat.
