Job Coach professional measures and integration 60-80%

In the Stiftung Solvita, people with a mental, physical, psychological or multiple disability find a school, training, integration, work and/or living place. We are looking for a Job Coach professional measures and integration 60-80% as of 1. August 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks: As a Job Coach at Stiftung Solvita, you are responsible for case management of IV integration measures together with 3 other Job Coaches. Your tasks: • Accompaniment, consulting and coaching of the insured and their superiors at Stiftung Solvita or in partner companies in the 1st labor market. • Promotion of professional integration of clients in IV integration measures: application coaching, acquisition of partner companies, accompaniment to job interviews, accompaniment and consulting during deployments, etc. • Interdisciplinary collaboration within Stiftung Solvita as well as collaboration and cooperation with external offices such as KESB, RAV, social welfare offices, specialist and advisory offices. • Completion of administrative and communicative tasks related to the above-mentioned tasks. This also includes writing regular interim and final reports for the cantonal IV offices. The main clients are largely young people in IV-supported training, and to a smaller extent adults in integration measures or professional measures. The coaching of young people also includes learning coaching for the EBA vocational school. Your profile: • You have a completed education in the social, psychological or pedagogical field at tertiary level (HF, FH, Uni). • You have experience in consulting, coaching and/or case management and ideally have corresponding further training. • You have extraordinary communication skills, know how to communicate with different conversation partners at eye level and are skilled in conversation moderation. • You are a committed person with organizational talent and the ability to think in a networked way. • You are characterized by a cheerful nature, a humanistic image of man and a positive basic attitude. • Your strengths include a concise, to-the-point and yet comprehensive reporting and written communication in error-free German. • You are used to working in a team and appreciate the exchange with your team members. • You have a valid driver's license category B. • Due to the current team constellation, female applications are preferred.
