To strengthen our teams at the locations Aarwangen and Bleienbach, we are looking for a committed personality who supports our Disposition / PPS with know-how, initiative, and fresh ideas.

What you will do with us

• You plan and coordinate the AVOR for complex welding assemblies as well as demanding sheet metal and large parts processing.
• You ensure clarity regarding master article data and keep it up to date in our ERP system ProAlpha.
• You create operation plans and production orders, thereby laying the foundation for efficient manufacturing.
• You have a handle on material requirements, check availability, and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
• You control production orders, keep an eye on deadlines and priorities, and release manufacturing lots at the right time.
• You bring structure to the rough planning and keep the production flow stable and running.
• You stay on top of customer and internal orders, recognize bottlenecks early, and find pragmatic solutions.
• You ensure that material and manufacturing documents are available on time so that production can start without unnecessary waiting times.
• You network production management, AVOR, production, purchasing, project management, and technology, ensuring that everyone is pulling in the same direction.
• You think along, question existing processes, and contribute your ideas to continuously make our processes and systems better.

What you bring with you

• A completed basic mechanical training, ideally supplemented by further training as a Prozessfachmann or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in work preparation (Arbeitsvorbereitung) and familiarity with technical connections and manufacturing processes.
• You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with ERP systems – ideally with ProAlpha.
• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written. Any additional language is a plus.
• You roll up your sleeves, think ahead, and bring initiative as well as team spirit.
• You communicate clearly, work in a solution-oriented manner, and want to develop further with us in the long term.
