Our client, a large, attractive, and forward-looking municipality in the canton of Baselland, is looking for an experienced and communicative leader - a leader experienced in construction processes and real estate portfolio management, analytical, assertive, and strong in action with foresight and a sense of touch for the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management In this important, strategic position in the public environment, you work hand in hand with the head of the construction department and are responsible for the overall supervision of portfolio management of all real estate (VV and FV) of the municipality. This varied management and leadership role includes strategic tasks in the areas of portfolio management, building maintenance, and management with the following main tasks: Active, strategic-operational control of the overall portfolio of all real estate (VV & FV) Leadership of the real estate department and ensuring the sustainable management of all existing real estate based on real estate strategy and action plan Coordination task of the overall real estate process including the interfaces in real estate management with operational maintenance (technical object management, facility management) and construction project management Main contact person, advisor, and sparring partner for owner representatives / department heads of the various business areas resp. product groups of the municipality Leadership personality with a focus on strategic tasks - great understanding of properties and real estate portfolio management - very good written German!
