Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our site in Pomy, we are looking for:

socioprofessional instructor in the digital field at 80% - 100%

Mission :

To complete our panel of professional skills, particularly in multimedia creation, IT & web development activities, our new colleague will integrate into an environment that offers activities at the intersection of the fields of office-commerce, IT and visual and graphic design. As part of mandates entrusted by the AI offices, they will participate within a multidisciplinary team in the implementation of orientation, evaluation and training measures for people affected in their health.

• Propose and organize within the section a diversified panel of practical work to be entrusted to our beneficiaries, individually adapted to their needs and aptitudes
• Accompany beneficiaries in resuming a work rhythm and confidence, by developing an adapted program of activities
• Identify obstacles and assets to the rehabilitation project and, ultimately, to the integration of beneficiaries into the economy
• Propose individualized strategies to develop the personal, social and professional skills of our beneficiaries with a view to approaching the requirements of training and the job market
• Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the training plan for beneficiaries in apprenticeship
• Ensure the organization and follow-up of internships in companies
• Establish reports for the placement services

Profile and skills :

• CFC as a media technician, IT specialist or other recognized technical training, with significant professional experience oriented towards multimedia / web.
• Ability to collaborate and integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
• Training as an instructor or coaching experience or experience in managing a group would be an asset
• Experience in the support and supervision of people in difficulty, or even follow-up, would be an asset
• Organizational skills, ability to step back and capacity for synthesis
• Flexibility and adaptability
