Your new tasks
Leadership of the directly subordinate residential consultants
Management of the kitchen studio
Presence on the sales floor for active work with the employees as well as the customers
Ongoing feedback conversations, training, and coaching with your employees
Exhibition planning according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
Creation of frequency-oriented employee scheduling
Further development of the exhibition area for which you are responsible with the help of internal analyses and the ongoing exchange with the branch management and the buyers
Responsibility for goal achievement in the exhibition area for which you are responsible along defined KPIs
What you bring with you
Completed vocational training
Solid experience in retail
Assortment and product knowledge in the areas of interior design, furniture, and room design
Leadership experience in a retail environment
Flair for beautiful living
Further training in the retail sector
