Your activities...

1. Customer support and troubleshooting

Support requests: Receipt and processing of support requests (1st and 2nd level support) via telephone and e-mail.
Error analysis: Systematic analysis and rectification of malfunctions in customer systems in connection with our control systems, including the implementation of test setups.

1. System support and maintenance

Operation and maintenance: Support and maintenance of the control system applications at customers, both in the portal, remotely and partially on-site.
Order processing: Processing of prioritized and scheduled orders from the internal ticketing system regarding adjustments, extensions of customer projects and troubleshooting.

1. Development and optimization

Test environments: Setup and independent execution of tests in test environments to support the development department with customer problems.
Utility programs: Creation of utility programs / scripts for testing software/applications and/or for optimizing processes (also for customers).

1. Project implementation and documentation

Commissioning: Support for the project engineers during the commissioning of new systems for special tasks.
Documentation: Creation and updating of tickets, system documentation and instructions.
What you bring with you...
For the performance of this exciting activity, you bring the following qualities:
Completed basic technical training, e.g., as an automation technician, electronics technician or computer scientist EFZ.
Initial professional experience in technical support, IT system support or in the automation environment is an advantage.
Good IT knowledge in the Windows and Linux environments as well as in the areas of network technology.
Experience with PLC controls or control systems is a plus.
You are a communicative and patient personality with a strong customer and service orientation.
Your way of working is independent, structured and solution-oriented.
Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills. French skills are an advantage.
