Employee, Customer Service/Collection Service

We are an innovative, Switzerland-wide operating pet crematorium.

To strengthen our team in 8630 Rüti, we are looking for an employee, female or male, Customer Service/Collection Service 100% starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Field of responsibility:

• Collection of animals from the veterinarian and from the pet owner
• Advising customers by telephone and on-site
• Customer care during farewells in the house
• Various tasks such as refilling consumables, office cleaning
• On-call services in the evenings and on weekends by arrangement

Requirement profile:

• You work independently and in a team-oriented manner
• You are empathetic and enjoy customer contact
• You possess a driving license Cat. B
• You are flexible
• You have a residence near our pet crematorium in 8630 Rüti
