The Public Prosecutor's Office with its 71 employees is functionally and materially an independent organ of criminal justice. It conducts criminal investigations against adults and juveniles in cases of felonies, misdemeanors and infractions and has to enforce the state's right to prosecute. The headquarters of the Public Prosecutor's Office is located in Chur. It has branch offices in Davos, Ilanz, Roveredo, Samedan and Thusis. For the Public Prosecutor's Office, we are looking for two female clerks or two male clerks as of 1 December 2026 or 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility * Participation in criminal investigations * Taking minutes during interrogations and preparation of various legal documents and orders * Processing misdemeanor criminal cases according to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Criminal Procedure, under the direction of a public prosecutor. * Carrying out versatile secretarial work and close cooperation with various offices, departments and courts.
