Tasks ##

• Handle all ticket sales processes professionally and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance about exhibitions and museum passes.
• Work at various cash desk locations across three museum houses.

Skills ##

• Experience in sales and cash handling, with good IT skills necessary.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Fluent in German, with good English and French skills preferred.

Cashier: You will handle the sales process for all ticket options courteously and professionally and operate the cash register with cash and cashless payments. Your duties also include preparing the cash register reconciliations in the evening.

Sales and Advice: You provide visitors with competent information about exhibitions and the museum and are responsible for the sale and advice of museum passes.

Alternating Workplaces: You will work alternately at all cash register locations in the three museum buildings.

Experience: You have experience in sales and cashier roles and/or in a comparable position, possess good IT skills, and have an impeccable reputation.

Personality: You have a strong service orientation and a high level of customer friendliness. Good manners and a well-groomed appearance complete your personality.

Education: You have completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field.

Language: Very good German skills are essential; good English and French are important.
