To support our team in Dübendorf Zürich, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a Technical Facility Manager FM-Mandates Dübendorf (m/f/d) 100% Are you technically savvy, enjoy working independently, and ensure the smooth operation of the properties entrusted to you through your commitment? As a technical facility manager, you are directly responsible on-site for the inspection and maintenance of the technical facilities. At the same time, you keep an eye on cleaning quality, coordinate employees if necessary, and are in regular exchange with the administration. Your tasks You carry out regular technical inspection rounds and ensure that the systems and facilities are in perfect condition You reliably check and monitor heating, sprinkler, and ventilation systems and initiate the necessary measures in case of deviations You inspect the blinds as well as other technical and infrastructural facilities and ensure their proper function You recognize small technical malfunctions and defects at an early stage, rectify them independently if possible, or coordinate the responsible specialist departments You regularly check the cleaning work performed and ensure that the agreed quality standards are met In the event of absences, you support the deployment planning and coordination of the cleaning staff and ensure a smooth process As a contact person on-site, you are in regular exchange with the administration, employees, and external specialist companies You complete all general technical and infrastructural tasks within the properties independently, carefully, and in a solution-oriented manner You document and report all inspections, findings, and performed work in a fully traceable manner Your working hours are basically from 07.30 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00 Your profile You have completed technical or manual vocational training You have technical understanding and ideally already have experience in technical facility management, operational maintenance, or a comparable environment A manual or technical education is an advantage You work independently, reliably, and responsibly and recognize arising work at an early stage Even with different parallel tasks, you maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and organize your daily work in a structured manner You complete administrative activities carefully, and the confident handling of Windows as well as common MS-Office applications, especially Word and Excel, comes easily to you You have good German skills in speaking and writing and communicate confidently and professionally with the administration With your customer- and service-oriented appearance, you are a competent and friendly contact person on-site You enjoy working with different internal and external contact persons and convince with good manners Flexibility, initiative, and a strong sense of quality round off your profile What awaits you with us A modern infrastructure and high-quality work equipment Contemporary employment conditions Individual training and development opportunities A collegial, motivated team with short decision-making paths Varied and responsible tasks with a lot of personal responsibility Are you motivated and want to become part of our team?
