Team Leader in Production, Shunting and Special Vehicles Division

• You lead a high-performance, technically skilled maintenance team (approx. 15 people) and shape a technically demanding, diverse working environment where reliability and efficiency come together.
• Together with your team, you ensure that our shunting and special vehicles as well as their components remain safe, high-quality, and ready for operation. You assume technical and personnel responsibility and are the driving force for smooth processes.
• You actively shape processes further: optimization of workflows, optimization of cooperation at the interfaces to other areas, and the introduction of pragmatic improvements are part of your daily actions.
• You promote the professional development of your employees, systematically expand competencies, and plan successions with foresight - this is how you ensure long-term know-how and team strength.
• You bear responsibility for productivity and costs and bring economic thinking into operational leadership, without losing sight of quality and safety.

• Structured, systematic way of working, strong social competence, good communication behavior, and assertiveness.
• Strong quality awareness and high customer orientation.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position as well as railway know-how are an advantage.
• Completed vocational training EFZ (mechanical or electrical) plus further training Technician HF / Industrial Master or similar; very good German skills (C1) and good to very good (min. B1) French skills.
