For the Zentrum Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS), we are looking for you, effective immediately or by arrangement, as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie 70-100% The Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie (KFP) consists of the Gutachtenstelle, the Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie stationär (ZFPS), and the Zentrum für Forensische Psychiatrie ambulant (ZFPA). The Gutachtenstelle produces a large number of expert reports for official clients annually. The ZFPS includes six wards with a total of 74 beds, where mentally ill offenders are treated within the framework of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out for patients from correctional and remand prisons. The ZFPA operates a forensic outpatient clinic and offers a prison psychiatry consultation and liaison service. Profile - You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and preferably bring professional experience in psychiatry - For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory - Your attitude towards offending individuals is appreciative and risk-aware - You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team - You possess extraordinarily high social competencies - You possess pronounced communicative skills - You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism Tasks - You work on a high-security ward and switch between small group settings and individual settings - You treat and care for patients from the penal system for crisis intervention and for measures - You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in treatment planning, daily structuring, and the design of the living environment - You work both rehabilitatively and preventatively to avoid future criminal offenses - You maintain contact with relatives and authorities - You ensure the well-being of our patients in a three-shift system - You share responsibility for the training of apprentices as part of the training mandate Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
