Digital transformation project manager at 50-60% (fixed-term contract) – 2-year renewable mission The Service des énergies (SEY) guarantees the distribution of electricity, gas, and drinking water to Yverdon-les-Bains, as well as to many neighboring villages, while ensuring the management of the public lighting network. Inspired by the Plan climat 2023, it places sustainable development at the center of its projects and is committed to promoting energy efficiency and renewable energies, actively contributing to the energy transition of the entire region. The Service des Energies is strengthening its digital transformation program and is looking for a: Digital transformation project manager at 50-60% (fixed-term contract) – 2-year renewable mission The project manager will be in charge of the management and implementation of projects that are part of the digital transformation and digitalization program of Yverdon Énergies (Data Lake, BI, GED, Digitalization of processes, etc.). Integrated within the département Systèmes d’Information et Finance (DFSI) of the SEY, you will work in close collaboration with the Responsable des Systèmes d’Information. This position will allow you to be at the heart of strategic issues, to contribute actively to the optimization of digital processes, and to evolve in a stimulating environment geared towards innovation. Your main missions and responsibilities: Proactively lead the projects entrusted to you: ensure daily monitoring of tasks, coordinate schedules, and guarantee compliance with deadlines and objectives. Foster fluid communication between all stakeholders (team, suppliers, partners) in order to maintain a climate of trust and optimize collective performance. Prepare and present relevant progress reports, allowing the steering committee (COPIL) and the management of the SEY to make informed decisions and adjust the strategy if necessary. Your profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree (HES or university) in information systems management, management IT specialist, or equivalent training. Significant experience of at least 5 years in project management. In-depth knowledge of databases, programming languages, process and data modeling, as well as their enhancement. Your ability to synthesize allows you to communicate in a clear, concise manner that is perfectly adapted to each interlocutor.
