Independent melting, alloying and treating of different cast iron qualities (e.g. GJL, GJS)
Proper new delivery, repair and maintenance of induction furnaces and casting ladles (refractory delivery)
Compliance with and monitoring of all melting regulations
Carrying out sampling (e.g. thermoanalysis, spectral analysis)
Seamless documentation of melting data
Active compliance with and implementation of all safety and environmental protection regulations in melting operations

Technical basic training in the foundry environment
Foundry experience an advantage
German in spoken and written form
high resilience, teamwork, reliability
