SAH Zürich is a non-profit organization with impact: We move people forward – with educational offers, job programs, and consultations in Zürich and the surrounding area. The restaurant SAHltimbocca is a qualification program for job seekers in gastronomy with the aim of increasing the employability of the participants. The beautiful neighborhood restaurant with boulevard café has 40-70 seats. We offer guests fresh, inspired cuisine with fine desserts and confectionery from our own production. For our SAHltimbocca offer in Zürich, we are looking for you as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks • You provide coaching and accompany the participants in the application process in both individual and group settings • You are the contact person for the referring agencies, job seekers, and work educators and ensure smooth communication • You carry out case-accompanying administrative and planning tasks, incl. writing reports • You regularly carry out German language promotion • You ensure internal and external communication and adhere to the scheduling specifications • Within the accompaniment process, you triage to further advisory centers if necessary Your profile • Tertiary degree in Social Work, HR, vocational counseling, or comparable training • DaZ/DaF training • Qualified coaching further education (federal certificate such as SCA, BSO, CAS, company mentor, etc.) • Min. 2 years of experience in coaching and in labor market integration • SVEB 1 certificate (advantageous) • German as native language or level C1/C2 • High social competence as well as communication skills Our offer • A dynamic team of coaching and pedagogy specialists • Our 40h week, annual working time, and the min. 5 weeks of vacation ensure a balanced work/life balance. • We value high professional and social competence and promote this specifically through further education opportunities • We cover 62% of the pension fund contributions Interested?
