Your tasks with us

• You develop innovative assemblies and machines, from design to successful commissioning
• You develop technical concepts and specifications based on customer and product requirements
• You assume technical responsibility for development projects, lead interdisciplinary teams from the idea stage to series maturity, and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality objectives, and technical requirements
• You perform calculations, dimensioning, as well as simulations and develop technical solutions for complex tasks
• You support production, quality assurance, and customer service in technical matters, problem analysis, and optimizations
• You work in close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and contribute your expertise to the continuous development of our products

Your profile

• You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• You have experience in machine (tool) construction as well as in the development of mechatronic systems
• You possess solid knowledge in CAD and MS Office; experience with other development tools (Atlassian environment) is an advantage
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and find practical solutions even for complex technical challenges
• You are distinguished by an autonomous, precise, and reliable way of working and enjoy working in a team
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good knowledge of English
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate initiative
