In this role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring plant availability and will take responsibility for the technical support of the plants and processes in your area of responsibility, in strict compliance with all relevant specifications.This includes, for example, the production of the solution including the freezing and thawing process as well as the auxiliary plants, the filling of ready-to-use syringes and liquid vials and the freeze-drying plants (in isolator or cleanroom technology) as well as inline and offline inspection.The OpportunityAs a Mechanic/Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), you are part of the Technical Unit team and report to one of the six Asset Care Leads. In your role, you will work closely with the production units within the -Manufacturing Unit Sterile Filling- and local interfaces. Professional rectification of malfunctions on highly automated plants (first level support). Recognizing, analyzing and evaluating plant malfunctionsIndependent execution of planned maintenance activities and performing changeover work (format changes)Ensuring and optimizing plant availabilityWorking according to regulatory requirements in the GMP environment including documentation of the maintenance activities carried outClose cooperation and continuous exchange with the technical departments of neighboring assetsClose cooperation with interfaces, especially of Operations and Automation EngineeringWorking and living the LEAN concept through participation in continuous process and plant optimization as well as in the management of spare and wear partsReadiness for on-call work if requiredReadiness for normal working hours, as well as shift work in 2-shift operation, 3-shift operation (continuous) and 5-shift operation (fully continuous in a 6/4 model).Who You AreCompleted technical training as a Polymechanic / Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics TechnicianAt least 3 years of professional experience (since completion of training) in the maintenance and repair of production plants in pharmaceutical production/packaging or in a highly regulated environment, specific experience with sterile filling plants (e.g. vials, ampoules, syringes) is an advantageIn addition to your sound knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics, you also bring an independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoy working independently, take responsibility and like working in a team Knowledge of the maintenance of dosing devices, cleaning and sterilization units (e.g. CIP/SIP systems - Cleaning-in-Place/Sterilisation-in-Place)Confident use of standard PC programs (MS-Office and Google), as well as experience with computer-aided maintenance systems (e.g. SAP)Very good language skills in German, written and spoken & English skills are an advantageReady for the next step?
