Head of the socio-educational sector The EPSM Sans Souci, located in Mont-sur-Rolle, is a medicalized psycho-social establishment that welcomes 35 residents. Our mission is to support people living with mental health disorders requiring specialized housing, in an approach centered on their resources and potential. We place the concept of recovery at the heart of our action: promoting the maintenance and development of skills, supporting autonomy, and offering individualized psycho-educational support. The goal is to enable each resident to better manage the symptoms of the disease, strengthen their social participation, and build a life project in line with their aspirations. To complete its team, we are looking for, for an indefinite period, a Head of the socio-educational sector CDI at 80% Entry date: to be agreed Schedules: continuous and weekends Workplace: EPSM Sans Souci – Mont-sur-Rolle Working at EPSM Sans Souci means: Developing, implementing, and ensuring the consistency of the establishment's socio-educational program in accordance with the institutional project and the values of recovery in mental health. Supervising and supporting socio-educational practices to ensure quality support that promotes self-determination, social participation, and the power of action of residents. Designing and developing projects that promote recovery, social inclusion, access to citizenship, and the quality of life of the people supported. Participating in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of personalized projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Contributing to the admission and orientation process of residents, ensuring the adequacy between identified needs and proposed services. Ensuring the coordination and development of collaborations with partners in the health, social, professional, and community network. Supporting teams in managing complex situations and contributing to clinical and institutional reflection. Ensuring the management and monitoring of the socio-educational sector and animation budget, as well as the control of financial resources entrusted to residents, in accordance with established procedures. Participating in the development of institutional projects and continuous improvement of service quality. Your profile: Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in social work Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, in a dynamic of co-construction and professional complementarity.
