Your Tasks ###

• Advising customers on mobile telephony, smartphones, accessories, and digital products
• Recognizing customer needs and showing suitable solutions
• Active sale of products and services
• Support with device changes, commissioning, and other service requests
• Answering questions about digital products and their application
• Maintenance and attractive design of the sales area
• Support with inventory management and stocktakes
• Completion of various administrative tasks
• Cooperation with the team in daily sales and service

Your Profile ###

• Professional experience in customer contact, sales, or the service sector is an advantage
