Job Information ###### Work location: Meiringen Workload: 80-100% Tasks: Overall responsibility for the growing IT department with currently 10 specialists and three team leaders Ensuring smooth IT processes across the entire group, aligned with the needs of the business units Representation of all topics surrounding digitalization and innovation in the business coordination as well as contribution of strategic and operational expertise Expansion and establishment of project portfolio management within the Michel Gruppe as well as active and convincing management of projects Responsibility for budget, financial expenditures and future investments Implementation and continuous further development of the IT and digitalization strategy Representation of IT in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Consolidation and management of all contracts with external service providers including decision-making Profile: Min. 5 years of experience in a comparable position (e.g. CIO, CTO, Head of IT) with demonstrable successes in digital transformation Proven leadership experience in a comparable organization Demonstrable professional experience in IT at a strategic and operational level Experience in the area of IT-Security/Cyber Security at organizational level is required Knowledge in the areas of ERP, KIS and medical informatics Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage Very good German skills (Level C1) Required Skills ###### • German • ERP • Management / Leadership • Medical applications • Security • Strategy • KIS
