What I will drive ##

• You are responsible for the global product quality of the Baumer Group and sustainably develop the quality culture further - with a clear focus on business impact, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• You optimize product quality by increasing the necessary process quality based on our Baumer Business System throughout the entire life cycle - from the development phase through series production to service and end-of-life.
• You are the contact person and coordinator for quality problems on the customer or supplier side of highest importance and further develop our Q-KPIs.
• You ensure all relevant normative and regulatory requirements regarding material and product compliance.
• You lead and develop the global quality organization with local teams and uniform standards and methods.
• You act as a central coordinator for internal as well as external quality, certification and customer audits.

What is required for this ##

• Successfully completed technical studies (Diploma/Master) as well as several years of leadership experience in the quality environment of an internationally producing company
• In-depth expertise in product and process quality along the entire life cycle (R&D, industrialization, series production, service)
• Pronounced hands-on mentality as well as high implementation strength in the development of pragmatic solutions
• Strong-communication personality with pronounced interface competence and the ability to convey complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner
• Sound knowledge of relevant quality methods as well as common norms and standards
• Business fluent German and English skills as well as readiness to take on global responsibility as a confident negotiation partner
