What you achieve ## • * Assessment of risks in the areas: UVG (compulsory accident insurance), UVG supplementary insurance, Collective daily sickness benefit insurance (KTG) • Processing of tenders/broker inquiries • Implementation of renewals and restructuring measures • Technical support for brokers • Participation in customer meetings • Monitoring the profitability of your own portfolio • Analysis of loss ratios and portfolio developments • Participation in product and process improvements What you bring ## • * University/University of Applied Sciences, degree as an insurance specialist or comparable insurance-technical training • Several years of experience in underwriting UVG and KTG in the field of broker management • Good knowledge of social insurance and personal insurance • Negotiation skills • Customer and broker orientation • Independent way of working • High resilience and decision-making ability • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
