Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Maintenance Technician - pharmaceutical environment Recognized technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or a title deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience in industrial maintenance, ideally a minimum of 5 years in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment. Good skills in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and intervention on automated production equipment. Analytical capacity, autonomy, rigor, and sense of priorities. Team spirit, acute sense of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Quick availability and flexibility to work in 2x8 shifts with on-call service. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and site facilities. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures: mechanics, electricity, automation, and industrial IT. Monitor equipment and industrial utilities: steam, HVAC, air treatment, and monitoring. Participate in the commissioning, monitoring, and optimization of new production lines. Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance. Coordinate interventions by external service providers and follow up on the work performed. Manage spare parts and contribute to the organization of the warehouse according to 5S principles. Document interventions, participate in the writing of procedures, and contribute to quality, safety, environment, and continuous improvement processes.
