In order to strengthen our << Operations >> department, we are looking for a: ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIALIZATION COORDINATOR YOUR MISSION AND YOUR CHALLENGES: Do you want to play a key role between engineering, production and supply chain in a technical and stimulating industrial environment? As Engineering & Industrialization Coordinator, you are the guarantor of the successful industrialization of our products and the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You transform technical evolutions into concrete and reliable solutions for production, while ensuring the quality of data and processes in our ERP. On a daily basis, you: Drive product industrialization and guarantee their successful production; Manage and optimize articles, bills of materials (BOM) and ERP data; Coordinate product changes (ECN) and their implementation with the different departments; Ensure the monitoring of industrial files, costs, deadlines and production times; Identify and implement improvements to production processes, tools and methods. YOUR BACKGROUND AND YOUR SKILLS: Benefit of a similar experience in industrialization or methods in an industrial environment; Higher technical education (ES, HES or equivalent); Good command of an ERP/GPAO; knowledge of Infor M3, an asset; Native French speaker, you have good knowledge of English; Analytical, rigorous and organized mind, with a solution-oriented approach; Ease in coordination, communication and transversal work; Spirit of initiative and sense of continuous improvement.
