Your tasks

• Coordination of the entire administrative process from order recording to delivery
• Communication and coordination with internal and external interfaces in German, English and French
• Planning, organization and monitoring of appointments, deployments and deliveries as well as acquisition of new customers
• Processing of orders, support in invoicing and other administrative process steps
• Ensuring a smooth daily business through structured data maintenance, administrative support and creation of evaluations and statistics

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and several years of experience in customer contact or administrative customer service, ideally in the healthcare, service or insurance environment
• Secure handling of MS Office and pronounced affinity for digital tools and ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of German, English and French in word and writing
• Resilient and service-oriented personality with strong customer focus
• Independent, careful and solution-oriented working method with high initiative
