Asbestos Removal Sector Director M/F
Main task / mission
Implementation of the asbestos removal sector (autumn but reporting to management)
Approach and obtaining of accreditations from the authorities
Development, management and commercial follow-up of clients and mandatories
Technical analysis and verification of offers
Preparation of Public or Private Tender files
Establishment of the remediation methodology
Feasibility study according to the resources of the company
Consultation of suppliers / contractors
Elaboration of offers and realization of the price study (site visit, implementation of the methodology, steering of the study, consultation of partners, calculations …)
Verification of measurements and identification of real needs for the proper execution of the works
Search for possible Optimizations / Variants
Financial closing, risk analysis
Planning of human and material resources
Elaboration and writing of schedules, technical memos, operating procedures and annexes
Transfer of information and calculation hypotheses to the execution part
Organization, follow-up and invoicing of construction sites
Analysis of cost prices after realization
Profile
Holder of a CFC or similar / Mastery of current asbestos regulations
CFST 6503 training will be an asset
Experience in a similar function in Switzerland Junior or Confirmed, ideally experience in a company or design office Engineer / expertise office
Ability to work autonomously, tenacious and rigorous with a sense of organization and priorities
Decision making and sense of management in a global development vision
Mastery of common IT tools required Microsoft Office and BAUBIT, MS Project, AUTOCAD and Nuance Power PDF Advanced software desirable
