Kitchen Republic combines various food concepts from the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG. With just one order, guests can select their favorite dishes from different restaurants online. In the pulsating Steinfels-Areal in Zürich-West, the team looks after not only the guests on-site, but also take-away and delivery orders from the food brands Negishi Urban Sushi, Nooch Asian Kitchen, Poke Nation, The Dumpling Brothers, Angry Chicken and The Butcher.

Your versatile activities:

• You independently conjure up delicious dishes in the hot and cold kitchen – like a true kitchen professional 🔥
• The dishes on our menu? You make them with love and perfection 🥗
• Freshness and quality are the be-all and end-all for you – you ensure that everything is in top shape 🥬
• General cleaning work? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽
• Hygiene is a matter of course for you – you adhere to the hygiene concept according to HACCP and ensure that everything is top-notch 📋✨

Your talents & experiences:

• You have completed training as a Koch EFZ – or are you simply a natural talent at the stove? 🍳
• You are experienced at various stations and are a true all-rounder in the kitchen 🍴
• Your appearance? Always friendly, professional and service-oriented – the guests love you
• Quality is not a compromise for you, and you take on responsibility with pride 💼
• Do you already have experience in system gastronomy? Perfect – that makes the entry even easier 📋
